IF it doesn't.. can you guys recommend another camera that uses a SD memory card? preferably under $200, but I am open to all suggestions = ) thank you
Can the Olympuus Fe330 camera use SD memory cards?
Olympus uses xD cards.

Reply:Olympus FE's suck, get a Canon PowerShot SD1000 ($199), the newer one is the SD1100, but it's $249. The only difference really is the 1100 has IS, and it's made from aluminum instead of plastic.
