My Zire72 won't recognize my SD cards (non-Palm). How do I fix this?

Updated my Zire 72 w/ "backup card plus update" on the Palm website. Now my Zire 72 does not recognize my SD cards (non-Palm).

u have to reset ALL your setting and format the memory . if you have one or have enough memory on ur comp, save all your most valuable things on it.
