How do I use my micro SD card on my computer?

I have the new LG rumor phone and it has the micor SD card and I would like to know how to use it on my computer. It's my first time using one of these cards.

It depends what computer you have... older computers do not have a space for these, but the newer ones do. It should be a little slot on the front of your computer....





If your computer only takes a regular sized SD card (in newer computers only also) than check if your phone came with another card that the micro one fits into, this way you put the mini one into the converter and then into your computer.





However if you dont have the part in your computer you canot do it. Go back to the phone shop to ask about transfering them via blutooth or get a cable.
Reply:You can buy an adapter that plugs into a usb slot i have one and it works good for me. it has a slot to put the card in Report Abuse

Reply:Your computer should have a slot either in the front or the back for your card. Unless you are using a very old computer that was made before those cards were invented.


Mine has, I believe, 6 different slots for various things. I use my SD Card from My digital camera all the time and that has a slot in the front of mine.


Check out your computer and if you have a users manual that will tell you the correct slot to use as well.
Reply:I too have a LG. The micro sd card, does it have a mini card that is removable? If so there is a spot on the Phone that you can put it into and save on it from phone. Then there is a USB that opens for the chip on one end and the other plugs into the computer. Oh the USB is called a transflash for micro sd.


After you get that figured out when you plug into your computer if it does not come up goto my computer and click on your destination.

Reply:It fits into a little case, or adapter, that looks like a regular sized SD card that you just snap it into. Then you can use it on your computer or card reader.
