When you have a digital camera can you use different sd memory cards in it?

like i have a lexar 4gb memory card now but im gonna get another one except the make is transcend so can i use them both with my camera? oh and will a digital photo frame take the both of them? sorry if this sounds like a silly question im new to technology.lol thx

I have two Transcend 4GB cards I use in my DSLR .. and other brands as well from 2GB to 8GB ... all work just fine, but beware ... do not buy them over the Internet for now ...

Reply:Yes. You can use both of these cards with your camera as long as they are both are SD cards.





You should ALWAYS format any new card using the camera's format option to insure that it has the proper file structure on it. If you do this you should have no problem.





If you a digital photo frame check to make sure that it supports SD Memory cards.
