How much can a 8GB SD card can record?

I'm planning to buy Panasonic SDR-S7K SD Card Camcorder.


Can anybody tell me how many hours can it record in a 8GB SD card. Is it good to buy?


Which one is more preferable SD card or HDD camcorders?


Which company produces best camcorders?

How much can a 8GB SD card can record?
Okay if the camera you are buying is HD it can only hold about 10 min video in a 8 GB card however if it is not HD and is normal it can store between 4 and 5 hours of video, about 6000 of 5 megapixel pictures.





I would reccomend buying a HDD camcorder because a HDD camcorder comes with atleast 30GB Hard drive. That is a lot compared to a 8GB Sd. However now a days SD cards are really cheap and can be used with almost anything so you don't just have to use them with your camcorder. But the chances of you losing a SD card is high since SD cards are so small but you an't lose a hard drive





Finally the best company in cameras or camcorders is Cannon. They produce the best camras and camcorders but if you can't afford a Cannon camera then buy sony it is the second best in the market and has beeter coutmer satisfacation then Cannon.
