Personally i'd go for scan (www.scan.co.uk) - they're the cheapest i can find (outside of ebay) that have good shipping terms too. Have a look at the 'today only' section for deals on memory.
Yes you can buy from ebay, but prepare to be stung unless you want to take the risk. I've bought memory before from sellers in Hong Kong and its been used when sold as new etc.. If you try gettng a refund you usually find you lose half the cost of the card sending it back. Try finding a seller thats local to you with a high trusted feedback incase of issues.
My vote? pay the extra and go with someone that has proper terms and conditions.
